There are a lot of content management systems (CMS) out there for building websites . . . WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Ruby on Rails . . . the list goes on and on. Some are "open source" while some are proprietary. Some are appropriate for large websites, while others are better suited to ecommerce, and still others for smaller and simpler sites. So how do you know which platform is the right one for your organization's needs?
Here at Rogue Element we work with several development vendors to build the sites we design, and these trusted partners help us decide which platform is right for each client. One of our developers is http://www.prometsource.com/, who works exclusively in Drupal, an open source CMS. We decided to ask owner Andy Kucharksi about why he prefers Drupal over the other options.
